The Harm Reduction Advocacy Collective (HRAC) is a drug-user and community-led advocacy and action group based in Toronto. The collective first came together in 2024, in response to the then upcoming Safe Consumption Site closures in Ontario.

As the collective has grown in size, and expanded in scope, we have remained dedicated to Harm Reduction as a radical lens and Drug-User Liberation in all its forms.
